2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions, pricing, and billing
esearnes offers three purchase options: $12 monthly, $60 for 6 months, and $108 yearly. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable laws. Subscription access begins once payment is confirmed.
Renewals: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Multi-month plans (6 months / yearly) provide access for the plan period and may offer renewal options at the end of the period where available.
Changes: We may update pricing or plans from time to time. If a change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice and apply changes at the next renewal where required.
4. Free materials
We may provide free previews, lessons, or downloads. Free offerings may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without liability.
5. License and acceptable use
When you purchase or access the Services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the courses and use included templates for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course videos, templates, or downloads.
- Copy or scrape the website, including course content, in a way that violates copyright or our rights.
- Attempt to bypass security features, access restricted areas, or interfere with site functionality.
- Use the Services for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Services (including text, graphics, course structure, videos, templates, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to SINCLAIR PORTFOLIO LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your access does not transfer ownership.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific requirements, that they will be error-free, or that results from using the Services will be exact in all situations. 10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SINCLAIR PORTFOLIO LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use course content and templates ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SINCLAIR PORTFOLIO LIMITED, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the competent courts with jurisdiction over the operator, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
